Occupying an alley-like street-level space, the landscape for this biotech campus amenity building integrates diverse and flexible programming through a series of mosaic-like, inter-locking spaces.

Dining, fitness facilities, and informal meeting spaces are interwoven, creating rooms that vary in scale from individual quiet spaces to ‘living rooms.’ A patchwork of gardens are interspersed to soften this hip, urban setting. Working closely with the architects the landscape materials are closely aligned to create a seamless indoor-outdoor feel that offers a unique, hospitality-like destination for employees.
