Summary of Position

Mantle is seeking an entry-level landscape designer to join our team! You will gain hands-on experience working on projects from concept through construction with experienced senior leaders as your mentors. From participating in design charrettes to learning construction documentation, your role will be integral across a variety of project types. We are looking for recent MLA graduates, self-starters with a versatile skill-set and a desire to learn! This opportunity is perfect for anyone who has dreams of owning their own practice in the future – you will get hands-on experience learning all aspects of running a landscape firm.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A commitment to bring professionalism to everything you do and excel in your work

  • Ability to collaborate both within a design practice and with the larger project team

  • Strong technical skills that are proportional to your number of years of practice

  • Sense of humor, patience and comfort working in a small office environment

  • A desire to self-initiate projects and bring ideas

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited landscape architecture program 

  • Experience working in a landscape architecture design firm

  • Excellent knowledge of Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365

  • Knowledge of Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Lumion and/or Sketchup a plus
