This 850-acre site was developed with heightened sensitivity for a pristine landscape with ecological and cultural significance. Using a vernacular vocabulary, elemental interventions allowed for an extensive development program to be stitched into the landscape without overwhelming the natural beauty of this coastal property.

Dry laid stone walls were artfully crafted to mark the entry, hedgerows scored development lots for housing and wetlands were restored and activated with boardwalks. A boathouse, that serves as the center for hospitality sits elegantly on the shoreline and like every intervention, exhibits deliberate restraint.
