Alchemy Apartments, located at 55 Laguna Street, is a 6-acre housing complex and park located at the former UC Extension Site in Hayes Valley.

This ambitious project was comprised of two developers and four architects, with the landscape serving as the common thread. The design created a new urban park reconnecting Waller Street, a community garden for the public, and numerous programmed amenity spaces for the private housing development.
